These flexible, matte white leather patches provide a professional sublimation surface for vibrant, long-lasting prints.
Key Features:
- Material: Matte white sublimation leather.
- Thickness: Approximately 0.045", with slight variations possible.
Sizes & Shapes Available:
- Rounded Rectangle: 3" x 2"
- Oval: 3" x 2"
- Hexagon: 3" x 2"
- Circle: 2.5" or 2" diameter
- Square: 2.5" x 2.5"
- Large Long Rectangle: 3.5" x 1.25"
- Small Long Rectangle: 3" x 1"
Sublimation Area:
- The sublimation area is approximately 3"x2.25" (rectangle & oval) or 2" or 2.5" diameter circle and about 0.045" thick, but can vary slightly.
Flexibility:
- Patches are flexible and can be used for many applications.
Adhesive:
- DOES NOT INCLUDE ADHESIVE.
- Would need to be glued or sewn onto the final project.
Design Tip:
- To ensure full coverage, you'll want to make your design with a border roughly 1/16"-1/8" larger than the design area.
Important Notes
- Sublimation leather patches are NOT laserable!!
- Do not attempt to engrave or cut in a laser machine.
- May cause damage to your machine and/or lungs.

Pressing Instructions
- Press the sublimation area with the transfer paper face down on top of the substrate.
- Press with medium-heavy pressure at 380 degrees for 50-60 seconds.
- Time/temp recommendations are just a starting point.
- Please test your equipment for the correct time and temp for you.
Adhesive
- Adhesive is NOT included.
- Use an adhesive that works best for you and your particular application.
- E6000, fabric cement, fabric fuse, etc have been suggested for adhering patches.
- Adding stitches or rivets can also be used.
