Shipping policy

Most products are available RTS (ready to ship), but there are some products that are PREORDERS that may not be shipped for an extended period of time (PLEASE, check listing information for current preorder closing date). 

For delivery to locations outside the lower 48 states, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. A physical address will need to be provided for locations such as Hawaii, Alaska, etc.

***Please note: Orders are picked up early by our shipping providers. Most orders will ship the next business day after being placed due to this. Please be aware of this when choosing expedited shipping options.

Most orders that are RTS are fulfilled within 1-3 business days, although I strive for next day. Shipping time is not included in this. Most shipping times are 3-5 business days, but depends on current shipping status, time of the year, etc. We will not be held responsible for any delays in your order being delivered due to the delays from delivery services. 

Once an order is given to USPS, we can no longer be held responsible for any damages or lost/stolen packages. Please contact USPS to file a claim.

Please be aware that UPS does not pick up from our location every day. While we aim to get your order shipped as soon as possible, some delays are out of our control. Please reach out to confirm shipping availability if a specific date is required. Please note: USPS packages are shipped out Monday-Friday, in most cases, excluding holidays.
