Product Details

Features:

• Size: Approximately 4"x4" inches.
• Material: 100% Polyester.

Note: 

The hat is NOT included. Hats can be purchased separately if desired.

Pressing Instructions

1. Sublimation Printing: The printing side is the linen/textured side, NOT the white side.
2. Press at 400 degrees for 60 seconds under very firm pressure.  
3. Time/temp recommendations are just a starting point.
4. Please test your equipment for the correct time and temp for you.

Customization Tips

1. Blanks will NOT arrive frayed.
2. It is recommended to press your image on the blanks before fraying them. 
3. Once the image has been pressed, simply take a seam ripper tool or even a Cricut weeding tool and carefully remove strings of fabric from the edges of the patch.
4. Once you have achieved your desired fray look, flip the patch over and apply Fray Chek to the base of the frayed edges.
5. Once dried, use E6000 glue to adhere the patch to the hat or other apparel.
