Skinny stainless soap dispenser pump for sublimation. White. 18oz

Shiny white sublimation coating that produces vibrant colors. For use in a mug press or convection oven. Convection oven requires the use of shrink wrap to apply pressure during baking, sold separately.

***Directions*** PLEASE NOTE: equipment varies and so may your required settings. Please test your own equipment using these baseline recommendations.

Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the item using heat tape. For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the item, then tape very well along the seam and around the top/bottom of the item. Pulling the tape/transfer as tight as possible with no air pockets. If your transfer does not fully cover the item's surface, apply blowout/butcher paper to the entire item so that there is no metal showing on the sides.

*Tumbler Press* (Equipment settings and functions may vary. These settings are on our Elite Pro Max tumbler press offered in the shop)             
Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then turn the item halfway and press again for another 60 seconds. If the design is darker, an additional few seconds may be required. Press both ends using the same technique, but reducing each press to 8-15 seconds. Remove transfer and let cool.

*Convection Oven* (Equipment settings will vary!)
Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the tumbler.
Bake in a convection oven at approximately 385-400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. **If your tumbler is touching a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt!
Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer. TUMBLER WILL BE HOT!!

No sealant is necessary on sublimation tumblers. *Hand washing is recommended as the high heat in many dishwashers may reactivate the heat and cause it to bleed.
