Shiny White Metal Sublimation Pen with Black Ink

Description:

Shiny white sublimation coating for vibrant colors

Designed for use in a mug press or convection oven

Includes shrink wrap for applying pressure during baking (shrink wrap included with each pen purchase, available separately)

Convection Oven Directions:

• Unscrew the black tip from the pen and remove the internal pieces.
• Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the pen using heat tape.
• For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the pen, then tape very well along the seam.
• Pull the tape/transfer as tight as possible with no air pockets.
• Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the pen barrel.
• Add a strip of heat tape along the perforation of the shrink wrap for easier removal after baking.
• Bake in a convection oven at approximately 350-375 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
• If your tumbler touches a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt!
• Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer.
• PEN WILL BE HOT!! No sealant is necessary on sublimation items.
