Laserable Leatherette Sheets

Product Details:

• Material: Vegetable-tanned laserable leatherette
• Safety: Safe for laser engraving or cutting
• Design: Contrasting color beneath reveals with engraving
• Size: 12"x18" (No adhesive on the back)
• Ideal for: Hats, stockings, bags, and more
• Customization: Can be cut to exact shape or dimensions

Recommended Settings:

• Glowforge: 1000/12/340 (Engraving does not need to be deep to show contrasting color)
• Leather Engrave: 35% power, 600 lpi, 90% speed (slightly defocused)

Cleaning Recommendation:

• LA Awesome cleaner to remove laser residue
  

Care Instructions:

• leatherette may be hand-washed and air-dried.
• Do not use heat when drying leatherette

Pressing Instructions:

• Use an adhesive to press onto the hat or other item until adhered. Fabric cement or E6000 is used often and works well. 
• Adding a few stitches or rivets will help patches stay on the item, but is a personal preference.
