Wooden duck call. Approximately 4.75" long and 1.1" diameter at largest point. Single Reed. 

Hold call properly by snugging up call tight between thumb and index fingers at base of the larger barrel. Cup your hand, but don't close it completely. Blow hard, as if saying "See-Q. See-Q", to get the proper tone and repeat this five to seven times, cutting off at the end of each "See-Q" note.
