Product: 40oz Handled Tumbler for Sublimation

Product Details:

  • Material: White rough/textured glitter sublimation coating
  • Capacity: 40oz
  • Usage: Suitable for sublimation customization using a mug press or convection oven
  • Important Note: REMOVE HANDLE BEFORE SUBLIMATING

Instructions for Sublimating:

Preparation:

  • Convection oven requires the use of shrink wrap (sold separately) for applying pressure during baking.
  • Accessories like rubber bottoms and straw cleaning brushes are available separately.

Application:

  • Ensure a snug fit of the sublimation transfer on the tumbler surface using heat tape.
  • For full wrap designs, tape tightly along the seam and around the top/bottom of the tumbler, avoiding air pockets.
  • If the transfer doesn't cover the surface entirely, use blowout/butcher paper to cover the whole tumbler.

For Tumbler Press (Elite Pro Max):

  • Press at 360°F for 120 seconds. DO NOT TURN due to the brackets for the handle, which restrict turning.
  • Additional time may be needed for darker designs. Remove the transfer and allow it to cool.

For Convection Oven:

  • Apply shrink wrap tightly using a heat gun.
  • Bake at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway to ensure even heating.
  • Caution: Avoid metal surface contact during baking to prevent shrink wrap melting.
  • Remove the tumbler from the oven and immediately remove the shrink wrap and transfer. The tumbler will be hot.

Additional Notes:

  • No sealant is required on sublimation tumblers.
  • Hand washing is recommended to preserve the design quality, as heat from dishwashers may reactivate the sublimation ink, causing bleeding.
