Sublimation Instructions:

• Use shrink wrap and accessories like rubber bottoms and straw cleaning brushes (sold separately)
• Apply sublimation transfer using heat tape; ensure tight wrapping without air pockets
• For full wrap designs, use blowout/butcher paper to cover the entire tumbler surface

Tumbler Press:

• Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then turn 180 degrees and press for another 60 seconds
• Additional presses may be needed on each end for optimal results

Convection Oven:

• Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun and bake at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway
• Caution: Avoid metal surfaces during baking to prevent melting of shrink wrap
• Remove from oven, carefully remove shrink wrap, and transfer as the tumbler will be hot

Note:

• No sealant is required on sublimation tumblers
• Handwashing recommended to prevent potential color bleeding from dishwasher heat
