Glass tumblers for sublimation. Clear or frosted glass is sublimation ready. Includes plastic lid with sliding closure and plastic straw.

25oz glass tumblers are the same size as 20oz skinny metal tumblers, but have a 25oz capacity.

For use in a mug/tumbler press or convection oven. Convection oven requires the use of shrink wrap to apply pressure during baking, sold separately, and accessories such as metal straws and straw cleaning brushes are also available in a separate listing.

***Convection Oven Directions*** PLEASE NOTE: equipment varies and so may your required settings. Please test your own equipment using these baseline recommendations.

Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the glass using heat tape. For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the tumbler, then tape very well along the seam, Pulling the tape/transfer as tight as possible with no air pockets. If your transfer does not fully cover the tumbler surface, apply blowout/butcher paper to the entire tumbler so that there is no glass showing on the sides (Protects the cup from shrink wrap).
Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the glass can.
Bake in a convection oven at approximately 375 degrees F for 6.5 minutes, turning halfway.
Remove from oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer. GLASS WILL BE HOT!! No sealant is necessary on sublimation. *Hand washing is recommended as the high heat in many dishwashers may reactivate the ink and cause it to bleed.

As with all glass products, avoid extreme temperature changes, as this may cause cracking or even explosion of the glass.

Bamboo lid can be engraved! Use a laser engraver or wood burning tool to add a design, words, or other details to the bamboo lid for extra personalization options!
