We are introducing our Screw Skinny Tumbler series for sublimation, featuring the ACC Premium White Glitter finish. This version offers a smoother texture than regular rough glitter tumbler blanks, maintaining the straight design without taper and excluding interchangeable lids.

Key Features:

• Size: 20 oz straight skinny metal tumbler
• Inclusions: Comes with a press-on clear slider lid, plastic straw, and metal straw (rubber bottom, bent metal straw, and other accessories sold separately)
• Coating: Premium white glitter sublimation coating for exceptionally vibrant colors and a glossier finish
• Usage: Suitable for sublimation printing in mug presses or convection ovens (shrink wrap required for convection oven use, sold separately)

Directions:

• Equipment Note: Equipment settings may vary; test equipment for optimal results.
• Application: Apply sublimation transfer onto the tumbler surface using heat tape. Ensure tight wrapping for full wrap designs and use blowout/butcher paper if needed.
• Tumbler Press Instructions (Elite Pro Max tumbler press): Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then turn halfway and press for another 60 seconds. Adjust time for darker designs. Remove the transfer and let cool.
• Convection Oven Instructions: Apply shrink wrap tightly with a heat gun. Bake at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. Avoid metal contact to prevent shrink-wrap melting. Remove from oven, immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer. Caution: Tumbler will be hot.

Maintenance: No sealant is needed on sublimation tumblers; handwashing is recommended to preserve colors and prevent dishwasher bleeding.
