Product Description:

Introducing our Screw Skinny Tumbler Series for sublimation, featuring the ACC Premium matte white finish. This straight version offers a sleek design with no taper, providing a perfect canvas for your custom designs.

• Coating: Premium matte white sublimation coating for exceptionally vibrant colors
• Usage: Suitable for sublimation printing in mug presses or convection ovens (shrink wrap required for convection oven use, sold separately)
• Directions: Please note that equipment settings may vary; test your equipment using our baseline recommendations.

Application Instructions:

Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the tumbler using heat tape. For full-wrap designs, ensure tight wrapping and use blowout/butcher paper if needed.

Tumbler Press Instructions (Elite Pro Max tumbler press):

• Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, then turn the tumbler halfway and press again for another 60 seconds.
• Adjust time for darker designs. Remove the transfer and let cool.

Convection Oven Instructions:

• Apply shrink wrap tightly with a heat gun to shrink it tight to the tumbler.
• Bake in a convection oven at approximately 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway.
• Remove from the oven and immediately remove shrink wrap and transfer. Caution: Tumbler will be hot.

Maintenance:

No sealant is necessary on sublimation tumblers. Hand washing is recommended to preserve colors and prevent bleeding in dishwashers.
