Convection Oven:

• Test Equipment Settings: As equipment varies, always test your settings using these baseline recommendations.
• Transfer Application: Secure the sublimation transfer on the tumbler with heat tape. For full-wrap designs, ensure a tight fit by pulling the transfer tightly around the tumbler, and taping it securely along the seams and top/bottom.
• Protection: Cover any exposed metal areas with blowout/butcher paper to avoid discoloration during the process.
• Shrink Wrap: Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun for a tight seal.
• Baking: Place the tumbler in a convection oven at 385-400°F for 5-6 minutes, rotating halfway through for even heating.

Important Caution:

• If the tumbler touches a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap may melt.
• Remove the tumbler immediately from the oven carefully remove the shrink wrap and transfer (the tumbler will be hot!).

Maintenance and Care:

• No sealant is required for sublimation tumblers.
• Handwashing is recommended to preserve the integrity of your design. Avoid dishwashers, as high heat can cause design bleeding.
