32oz Sippy Style Sports Stainless Steel Tumbler with Detachable Pet Bowl RTS

32oz stainless tumbler with detachable pet bowl is sublimation ready. Comes with a ring handled sippy style straw lid. The bottom portion of the tumbler unscrews to be used as a pet water bowl when out on a walk/activities or even a snack holder!

Instructions for sublimating:

Convection oven requires the use of shrink wrap to apply pressure during baking, sold separately, and accessories such as rubber bottoms and straw cleaning brushes are also available in a separate listing.

***Directions*** PLEASE NOTE: equipment varies and so may your required settings. Please test your own equipment using these baseline recommendations.

 Apply sublimation transfer on the surface of the tumbler using heat tape. For full wrap designs, make sure you pull the transfer as tightly as possible around the tumbler, then tape very well along the seam and around the top/bottom of the tumbler. Pulling the tape/transfer as tight as possible with no air pockets. If your transfer does not fully cover the tumbler surface, apply blowout/butcher paper to the entire tumbler so that there is no metal showing on the sides.

*Tumbler Press* (Equipment settings and functions may vary. These settings are on our Elite Pro Max tumbler press offered in the shop) Larger 32oz+ attachment is required for the press.           

Press at 360°F for 60 seconds, turn 180 degrees, then press for another 60 seconds. An additional press, turn, press (additional 10-15 per press depending on design) may be needed on each end for best results. 

*Convection Oven* (Equipment settings will vary!)

Apply shrink wrap using a heat gun to shrink it tight to the tumbler.

Bake in a convection oven at approximately 385-400 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. **If your tumbler is touching a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt!

Remove from oven and remove shrink wrap and transfer. TUMBLER WILL BE HOT!!

No sealant is necessary on sublimation tumblers. *Hand washing is recommended as the high heat in many dishwashers may reactivate the heat and cause it to bleed.
